Hajiyah Ruqiyah Baygum, the daughter of the late Mirza Ahmad and the wife of Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Bavanat, gives the power of attorney to Aqa Shaykh Asad Allah, the son of Aqa Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Shiraz, to sell a property located at Urdu Bazar.

Settlement of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum with Shaykh Abu Turab, 1826
Properties, located at Ramjard in Fars, had been sold to Shaykh Abu Turab, the son of Shaykh Mufid, according to a previous contract. Now Mirza Abu al-Qasim Mir’ab, son of Mirza Muhammad, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum (Bibi Sahib), the daughters of Mirza Ja‘far (the grandfather of the author of this document), claims that some of these properties are their share of inheritance. Thus, a settlement is signed between Mirza Abu al-Qasim, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum, and Shaykh Abu Turab for sixty tumans compensation.

Contracts related to Bibi Nusrat Sultan, 1880 to 1893
Includes two documents: 1- in the first document, dated November 16, 1880, Bibi Nusrat Sultan, the daughter of Shaykh Abu Turab the former Imam Jum‘ah of Fars, mortgages part of the Jalal Abad farm in exchange for fifty tumans for five years to Hajiyah Sakinah Bibi, the daughter of Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, and the monthly payment is settled for seven thousand and five hundred dinars. Shah Parvar Khanum's endowment, 1855
Shah Parvar Khanum, the daughter of the late Ra’is Amin from Qallat, endows some properties in the village of Qallat, after deducting the maintenance costs, for the benefit of Ta‘ziyah performers. She assigned Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi, the son of Shaykh Abu Turab, as the custodian of this endowment and determined the passage of the guardianship through generations: Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi should be followed by his male descendants and, in the absence of male offspring, by his female descendants, then again their male offspring and if not, their female offspring.

Sale document of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn and Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, 1914
Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn the merchant, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Razzaq the merchant from Shiraz, sells an orchard located near Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim the peddler, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz, for two thousand and five hundred tumans. He has also settled some wheat and sugar cubes to him.

Settlement of Bibi Husná Jan and her daughters, 1911
According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. Dispute between Bibi's inheritors and Mirza Abu al-Qasim, 1873
On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India].
